As an educator turned Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I know how challenging it is to work on behavior change in the school setting.
I also know how limited the resources for school-based BCBA’s are!
I treat fieldwork as on-the-job training to build your confidence and competence as a knowledgeable behavior analyst. As a bonus, you will feel prepared to sit for the BCBA exam!
I have 8+ years of experience in home, clinical, and public school environments. I currently design and oversee behavioral systems and supports for a public school district, and work with students aged 3-20 on mild to intense assorted behaviors.
